Teens4Vets is a nonprofit organization based in Arizona that focuses on the needs of our veterans. Many veterans have been forgotten and some are homeless and living on the streets. Some suffer from depression with a staggering statistic of 20 veterans dying a day from suicide. This organization is dedicated to helping veterans get back on their feet and to offer them social support and interaction. From organizing bingo events with a delicious hot meal at the veteran homeless shelter to securing clothing donations, our goal is to help these heroes who once served us. We aim to ensure these veterans know they are appreciated and to keep the legacy of their service alive. Based in Chandler, we are looking to make an everlasting change around the country.
If you look around, you will see that some of our country’s heroes have been forgotten and neglected. Those who served in Afghanistan or Vietnam, who often have PTSD and other mental disorders, are overlooked by society and are given a blind eye. There are over 40,000 homeless veterans in the United States. The organizations that provide short-term housing for veterans are being overrun and are running out of resources. The aim of this organization is to understand the needs of these veterans and to help support them.
Our organization aims to fulfill the needs of our veterans in the hope of improving their quality of life. We also hope to engage and reconnect them with the society whose freedoms they have fought to defend.

We would like to acknowledge and express gratitude to the Native Peoples on whose ancestral homelands we have built upon. We also celebrate the diversity and vibrance they add to our communities.
